unclear schedule high prices

The shuttle service to the beach was sporadic. Sometimes it was like I waited FOREVER!!! The schedule was unclear. I also found the prices at the boutique INSANELY high. There were no affordable souvenirs.

the hotel has an amazing location atop a mountain, i saw fantastic bay views. there are multiple thermal pools that i enjoyed (especially the warm one!). the staff provided attentive, helpful service in all areas.

the cost of drinks at the bar felt a little too high.

Really good stay with excellent service

gorgeous view multiple pools attentive staff quiet atmosphere

The side sea view room offered gorgeous views. multiple pools were available with various temperatures. lounges were available around the pool area, supported by attentive staff. i booked a couples massage, accommodated to our needs, and the therapists were excellent. The quiet atmosphere was most welcome.

The shower in the room had issues. Dust was noticeable on the furniture.

the hotel provides eleven outdoor thermal pools, each fed by natural waters. there is a beach club including complimentary transfers for ease. a gym includes modern equipment, such as treadmills and stationary bikes.

The concierge staff displayed really good helpfulness. staff members assist with restaurant reservations, transportation and even drivers. drinks looked promptly by the pool. This created a seamless experience.

our room was stylish and quiet, with a private terrace. this terrace overlooked the sea, providing relaxation. the room included two separate sinks, alongside a rainfall shower.
